Denture Service Associates

Denture Service Associates is part of our office at Robert N. Obradovich DMD

Dentures, especially complete dentures that replace all the teeth, are a complex and involved treatment process. They are not a simple matter of taking a mold of someone’s jaw and having them return for their teeth, although some people may think it is that easy. A properly constructed denture involves time, expertise, and patient cooperation to achieve a good result. We have been creating dentures for 30+years at the present location and have made a commitment to excellence. You can find a cheaper denture but remember:

“The bitterness of poor quality lingers long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten”.

Patients have many different experiences with removable dentures and partials. Some people can tolerate a denture as if it were their own teeth. Some have minor issues which can easily be corrected, and some issues require more involved procedures. Some people however are unable to tolerate their dentures. This might be because the dentures were incorrectly constructed in the first place, and we would be happy to evaluate them and try to correct the problems. Sometimes no matter how well the dentures are constructed a patient may still be intolerant because of gagging or lack of denture control. In these situations dental implants may be necessary to help stabilize and control the denture. We also place the dental implants to help stabilize or even replace the denture if the patient needs and desires them so they can receive all their treatment in one location.

Whatever the case may be, we are available to help any way possible. We offer no charge consultations for new dentures and partials, and we do same day in office denture repairs so that patients don’t have to be without their dentures overnight. These repairs include replacement of a dislodged or lost denture tooth, rejoining of a fractured or broken denture, sealing of a hole in the denture base, or other denture issues. We also do same day denture relines to improve fit of a denture that is still functional but is too loose.

The important thing to remember is that we are here for you.
